The Antares 8 has a new top flared hull that offers a great sailing experience while being extremely seaworthy. The dynamic V-shape of the hull is a clear example of the boat’s stunning aesthetic design. Its clever deck plan offers three different possible seating arrangements in the cockpit. Unique among motor yachts of this size, the Antares 8’s unique living options distinguish it from other vessels in its category. The saloon is accessed through a large sliding glass door, behind which is a well-appointed modular living area. Below the saloon, in the bow of the boat, is a double cabin with storage and shower, so you can stay on board for several days. Walnut wood has been used in the design for a very contemporary feel. The exterior and interior details of the Antares have been chosen to make living on board a real pleasure and sailing the coastal waters a long-haul cruise.

With its streamlined shape and sporty charm, the Antares 8 fits perfectly into the brand’s range of weekend boats. The Cruising and Fishing versions have two distinctive looks: the Cruising version has a sleek and modern silhouette, while the Fishing version is noticeably sportier.

INTERIOR

The Antares 8 has everything you need to cruise the coast in perfect comfort: a kitchenette with fridge and gas or electric cooker. The boat can also be fitted with air conditioning. The boat has two double berths – one in the cabin and one in the wheelhouse – and can sleep up to five people. An additional sleeping area can also be created under the cabin area.

Living space and modularity

The large flat platforms make it easy for the boat to get on and off and act as great swimming platforms when bathing in the sea. A wide starboard passage allows easy passage from the stern to the bow, where the large sun deck is located. The Ahtris modular cockpit ensures a comfortable and safe driving experience for the crew. The cabin's new folding table allows the benches to be transformed into a large sun deck and is perfect for dining on board with fellow passengers.

Special solutions for fishing enthusiasts

Designed with demanding fishing trips in mind, the Antares 8 Fishing has an open cockpit that allows the boat to move around with ease - everything has been thought out down to the smallest detail. The rear bench seat has been replaced by a fishing tackle station, which includes professional-grade rod holders. In addition to the circulating water livebait boat, this version also has three stowage compartments below deck, one of which can also be used as a livebait boat.

Since the 2023 model year, all BENETEAU watercraft are equipped with the Seanapps module. It is a convenient solution that allows you to remotely monitor your vessel via an app. And not only that! Additionally, it is possible to grant access to the boat dealer and arrange, for example, maintenance, warranty, and other related services.
